So, you may have already spent a bit of time on our website so far.
According to our analytics, the page our website visitors spend the most time on is our homepage! We made sure our homepage looked reaaaaaally pretty on account of this, and made sure to mention some of the most important things about our company there too, so it wouldn’t be missed.
One of those special things we made sure to mention, was the app.
In this day and age, everyone’s got a smart phone, filled with dozens of apps that do everything from pay your bills to remotely feeding your cat! But what if I told you that there was an app, where someone else has researched, planned and booked your next vacation, and uploaded it all there for you?
And when we say everything, we mean everything.
Your live flights, which means any changes to your flight times or gates are automatically updated.
Your hotels, including what room category you’re in and confirmation numbers.
Restaurant recommendations and/or reservations, maps, city guides, airport transfers, tour vouchers, car rentals, the list goes ooooooon and oooooon…..
All in one simple, easy to use app.
Not to mention there’s a chat feature where you can talk with the person who planned your trip in case you have any issues or questions!
Well, I’m sure as you’ve already caught on, this is what we offer our clients here at Insignia Destinations.
You don’t absolutely have to use the app if you book a trip with us, but it sure is convenient, and its been quite the hit with most of our clients! For example, we recently sent a couple to Greece for their honeymoon. We booked them a stay in a gorgeous seaside resort in Santorini, coupled with a romantic sunset catamaran cruise with dinner and wine. Sounds amazing right?
Welp, unfortunately when they got to the dock, they couldn’t find the Tour Operator and the Tour Operator couldn’t find them. What was the first thing they did?
They hopped onto the app and messaged their Travel Associate (our dearly beloved, Elizabeth) their issue. Within the hour, she had them on the boat watching the sunset without a care in the world.
This is why we’re here, folks.
We are determined and passionate about making the travel experience, whether its for a solo traveler or a family reunion of 100 people, seamless and simple. That way, all you have to worry about is whether or not you’re having the pizza or pasta for dinner!

Stores the info of past trips you’ve taken, or upcoming additional trips you have planned with us! Just click on the one you want to view, and it pops right up.
Gives you the option to download the itinerary so it’s available offline, something we highly recommend.
Automatically stores our agency’s number, direct email and website so you don’t have to go searching for it in case you need it.
Has color coded symbols on each day of your trip, detailing what you have planned and booked that day (transportation, a flight, checking into a hotel, etc.)
Saves any and all messages sent in the chat between you and your Travel Associate.
Detailed descriptions of your destinations, including history, must-see attractions, fun facts, maps, etc.
I’m sure you can see why we love the app and we’re sure you will too!
